Erin, a native of the Philadelphia-area, is a fresh-minded addition to the Philadelphia events scene. Early is her career, Erin walked in the firm footsteps of her father, her mentor and an executive in the catering and foodservice industry, as a manager at Philadelphia music venues including the Tweeter Center, Tower Theatre, and Electric Factory. As a junior in the Advertising Program at Temple University, she embraced the opportunity and challenge to join the vibrant sales team for Max & Me Catering at the National Constitution Center. Balancing a high-demand career while attending school full-time prepared Erin, now a college graduate, for the fast-paced approach of the catering and event planning industry. The professionalism, relationships, and experiences earned through Erin’s determination and the friendship and encouragement of coworkers Kelley Dovell and Valerie Paige provide her with the confidence to ensure the successes of Triple Gloss Productions.
